A Health Teacher Inspires His Pupils To Learn About Symptoms Of Alcoholism, Signs Of Alcoholism, And Alcoholic Symptoms



Mr. Johnson was one of the health teachers at a large countryside community college in the Western part of the U.S. For "Alcohol Attentiveness Month" he came to a decision that he would center on the following three topics for a class project: the symptoms of alcoholism, the signs of alcoholism, and alcoholic symptoms.

He then gave the students in his classroom a short description about the importance of learning more about alcohol addicted individuals and how they live on a day-to-day basis.

Mr. Johnson informed the members of his class that they could center their attention on one of the three topics or research all three topics and how they are interrelated. For all intents and purposes this would be not unlike a simple summary but done in a more thorough fashion.

Another selection that he gave to the members of his class was the following: opt for a topic such as alcoholism symptoms and signs, investigate things in a more inclusive manner, and then go over four or five signs and symptoms. Mr. Johnson then brought up the fact that the same rationale applies to the other two topics, specifically, the symptoms of alcoholism and alcoholic symptoms.

The end result of their exploration would be a four thousand word essay and then a fifteen minute oral presentation that would be given in front of all the members of the class. As appreciation for their excellent intellectual achievement, those with the top three overall grades on the essay and on the oral presentation will be encouraged to present the end product their study at the district alcohol and drug abuse symposium during the last eight days of February.

As confirmed by Mr. Johnson, due to the fact that there are quite a few alcohol addiction symptoms and signs to choose from, he pointed out the fact that he was not very nervous about different students deciding upon the same symptoms and signs for their class project.
